Quick Movie Review: Darkness of Sorrow 1&2

CATCH

This Ghanaian movie that was an exact copy-cat of a nigerian movie titled "Wind of Glory". Although i preferred the nigerian one, Darkness of Sorrow was a great watch.
Nadia Buari was a blind girl who lived in the village with her widowed mother and a brother. During an unfortunate incident, Van Vicker saves her, and from then on they fall in love.
The day she was to have her surgery to get her eye sight back, he turns up missing. With her eyesight back, she goes in search of him, but to no avail because she has no idea what he looks like. Will she find him and their love reunited, or will she give up hope and turn her heart to another man?
**** I loved this movie. The plot was a little shaky but great. Sometimes the actors were stiff but other times they portrayed their characters to the greatest extent. It was worth my time, so i recommend that you and your friends check it out.

  1. A good portion of Nigerian/ Ghanaian movies are stolen scripts. Although i love Indian movies, I never saw the Indian version but i did know of it.
